So that love of obsessive collections, that extends to plants, too. Not really all plants; I am pretty shallow and judgmental in my affections. Mainly I am attracted to succulents and just the unusual specimens. The David Bowie of plants? I tend to be drawn towards the ones that are kind of awkward and a bit plump (alright, I guess not the David Bowie of plants). I mostly have Adeniums and Lithops, but there are a few others.
Besides my admiration for the plants themselves, I also love the process of planting them. Each pot is its own mini composition.
They are a bit like awkward bonsai, I guess.
